Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A $10 late fee will be billed for rent paid after the 10th of the month. Access will be denied if rent is not paid by the 20th of the month. Please pay on time!
WE DO NOT ASSUME LIABILITY FOR THE ITEMS YOU STORE. INSURING YOUR CONTENTS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
You must keep a lock on your unit. You are only allowed to have one lock on your unit at a time.
You may not store any explosives, or
any flammable, odorous, noxious, corrosive, hazardous or pollutant materials or
any other goods in your unit which would cause danger or nuisance to the facility. Please contact us if you have questions regarding a specific item you wish to store.
Although we want you to feel at home when at the facility, you are not allowed to store yourself or your guests (human or animal, alive or dead) for any length of time in your unit.
Units are rented on a month-to-month basis. However, we do require a 10-day notice before you move out.
You will be responsible for paying a full month's rent for any unit occupied on the 1st of the month. We do not prorate rent on move out.
By renting a unit, you must comply with the Storage Terms and Conditions in effect at the 1st of each month. We will provide you with written notice 30 days prior to any material changes.
